Doon Architects & Constructions was born in 2018 from a singular conviction: that Uttarakhand deserved architecture both globally sophisticated and deeply rooted in its remarkable landscape.
Founded by Ar. Shruti Jakhmola Pandey, the practice began with a commitment to design excellence that has never wavered. What started as a small studio in Dehradun has grown into a multidisciplinary practice spanning architecture, interiors, construction, and engineering.
Over 850 projects later — residences, commercial developments, institutional campuses, hospitality properties — we remain guided by the same principles: integrity, intelligence, and respect for the people who inhabit our spaces.

First Major Residence
Completed the landmark Oakwood Residence — establishing our signature approach to contextual residential design.
Commercial Portfolio Begins
Expanded into commercial architecture with the first corporate office project in Dehradun's growing business district.
Interior Design Division
Launched dedicated interior design studio, enabling truly integrated architecture and interiors across all projects.
Valley Residences
Delivered our largest project to date — 85,000 sq.ft. across four residential towers, setting a new benchmark in Dehradun.
